What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison between Operations leadership and department heads across the organization.
• Implement operations-focused projects to align with strategic company goals and drive value.
• Establish and enforce standardized processes for project tracking, documentation, and communication.
• Develop detailed project timelines, setting clear milestones and deliverables for operational initiatives.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and project risks.
• Track and report on key operational KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in managing operational projects.
• Proven expertise with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Basecamp, or G Suite.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience driving operational improvements in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Previous work experience in the gaming or fintech industries.
