What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex digital implementation projects including cloud platforms and enterprise software.
• Develop and execute comprehensive Project Management Plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Lead cross-functional technical teams including Engineering, Cloud, Security, and external vendors.
• Negotiate Statements of Work and manage commercial impacts and change control processes.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for customer stakeholders and executive steering committees.
• Mentor other project managers and contribute to the evolution of organizational delivery standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive project management experience in technical or IT-focused environments.
• Must be authorized to lawfully work in the United States.
• Proven track record managing enterprise-scale software, cloud, and system integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), APIs, and data exchange architectures.
• Advanced ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
• Background in digital identity, payments, security, or credential issuance industries.
