What you will do

• Identify and engage clinical and academic partners for data collection research.
• Translate complex scientific requirements into actionable operational plans for clinical sites.
• Coordinate legal and ethical pathways, including NDAs, budgets, and IRB/ethics submissions.
• Oversee vendor performance and data collection workflows to ensure high-quality dataset delivery.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure strict adherence to GDPR and HIPAA standards.
• Collaborate with internal ML and engineering teams on capture tools and data ingestion processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research operations within CROs, academic trials, or digital health.
• Proven track record in setting up multi-site collaborations and managing feasibility/contracting phases.
• Solid understanding of IRB/ethics workflows and informed consent procedures.
• Strong experience with data privacy regulations like GDPR and HIPAA.
• Excellent capability in producing structured, audit-ready project documentation.
• Proficiency in English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in neuroscience or psychiatry clinical trials.
• Background in decentralized trials, eConsent, or remote assessment workflows.
• Ability to manage hospital procurement and international site operations.
• Experience managing vendors for data annotation and transcription services.
