What you will do

• Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers in selected industries
• Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess sales potential
• Book intro calls and transition prospects to the sales team
• Maintain and update lead records in Pipedrive
• Collaborate with marketing on messaging and targeting strategies

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in lead generation, SDR, or sales support
• Understanding of IT services or new technologies
• Fluent Polish (C1) and English (B2+) required
• Strong communication and research skills
• Curiosity and proactive approach to learning
