• Plan and coordinate IT projects across various teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with goals, timeline, and scope.
• Identify process improvements and implement actionable changes.
• Coordinate team workload and support day-to-day operations.
• Lead regular project meetings and facilitate effective communication.
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation for grant-based projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within a tech environment.
• Proven track record managing AI, LLMs, Computer Vision, or Robotics projects.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience preparing technical documentation for grant settlements.
• Polish: B2+ required.
• English: C1 required.
