What you will do

• Design and build stable, performant software using Java for backend and React/React Native for frontend.
• Develop distributed, highly scalable backend systems and APIs to support millions of players.
• Write secure, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to modern software engineering best practices.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver user-centric products.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, scoping, and prioritization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve root causes of defects to ensure high system reliability.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience and passion for writing distributed, highly scalable backend systems and APIs using Java.
• Experience in creating and maintaining mobile and web applications with React and/or React Native.
• Knowledge of AWS and cloud-based infrastructure technologies.
• Understanding of DevOps concepts including Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Atlanta office (Hybrid).
