What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software components for core applications.
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of microservice-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features.
• Participate in code and design reviews to maintain high development standards.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
• Lead development teams through mentorship and technical expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of experience building complex software solutions, preferably in investment management
• Effective communication with technology partners and business stakeholders
• Proficiency in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Batch, and Kafka
• Experience with automated unit, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and adaptability to scope changes
• Experience with AWS cloud development and deployment

Nice to have

• Kubernetes/EKS deployment and operations management experience
