What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from intake to offer and close.
• Act as a talent advisor to GTM leadership, utilizing market mapping and compensation trends.
• Build a proactive pipeline of elite sales and marketing talent.
• Iterate on recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and seamless hiring.
• Identify and resolve recruitment bottlenecks to maintain hiring velocity.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments like SaaS, fintech, or crypto.
• 3+ years of specific experience hiring for GTM functions.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders using data and market insights.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Proficiency with ATS tools like Greenhouse or Ashby.
• Experience in building diverse pipelines and inclusive hiring practices.
