What you will do

• Build and nurture relationships with exchanges, fiat partners, and on/off-ramp providers.
• Drive the adoption of Off-Exchange Settlement across the APAC region.
• Identify and onboard strategic network partners including banks and custodians.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Collaborate with global product, engineering, and sales teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in the crypto, stablecoin, or payments industry.
• Deep understanding of the APAC digital asset landscape.
• Proven track record in partner management and business development.
• English: Fluent proficiency required
• Ability to travel frequently within the APAC region.
