TL;DR

Business Development Specialist (Singapore): Focused on bringing in new business development by calling key decision-makers, presenting product demos, and managing the entire sales process. Focus on achieving sales targets, performing cost-benefit analysis, and ensuring a seamless partner experience.

What you will do

  • Consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Contact key decision-makers via phone, email, and social media to bring in new business.
  • Present and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with existing/potential partners to align solutions with their needs and business objectives.
  • Serve as a lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • You are a true hunter and relationship builder.
  • You can multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • You are naturally curious and have a desire to continually grow and develop.

Nice to have

  • Fluency or conversational skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
