What you will do

• Design and implement large-scale software solutions and components using Node.js and ReactJS.
• Develop and integrate AI Agentic systems using Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Architect and maintain secure distributed systems and microservices.
• Build and consume REST and GraphQL APIs to facilitate financial operations.
• Provide supervisory, advisory, and coaching support for less-experienced engineers.
• Promote clean code, design patterns, and high engineering standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Back-end software development.
• Over 4 years of experience with Node.js and at least 3 years with TypeScript.
• Expertise in MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI Agentic systems.
• Strong experience with AWS and designing secure, distributed systems.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level required.
• Location: Must be based in Albania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, or Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern JavaScript and ES6 libraries.
