What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for the syndicate internal model.
• Produce internal and external reports and communicate model results to stakeholders.
• Facilitate parameterization of the model using expert judgment and collaborate on reinsurance purchasing.
• Support internal and external validation processes for internal models.
• Develop clear management information reporting tools and conduct stress testing.
• Mentor and guide a junior capital analyst to ensure best practice application.

Requirements

• Significant professional experience working with Internal Models in the Lloyd's market.
• Deep understanding of external deliverables required by Lloyd’s and the PRA.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across actuarial, pricing, reserving, and finance functions.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex model outputs to senior management and board members.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
