• Analyze consumer credit risk using large datasets, SQL, Python, and credit bureau information to improve underwriting policies.
• Collaborate with product, risk, and regional teams to migrate logic into hirify.global’s Global Underwriting Platform (GUP).
• Support rollout of consistent POS credit policies across multiple markets.
• Align purchase power and pre-qualification logic across hirify.global’s App and One Card.
• Optimize credit bureau strategies for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Translate complex data into actionable policy improvements balancing growth and risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience in consumer credit risk, underwriting, or credit policy roles.
• Proficient in SQL and comfortable with large datasets.
• Familiar with credit bureau data, repayment behavior, and credit risk modeling.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Effective communicator with strong policy translation skills.
