What you will do

• Receive comprehensive on-the-job training in reinsurance and technical data skills.
• Develop and implement process automations to improve reinsurance data reporting.
• Build and maintain analytical solutions using coding and data tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate technical findings into non-technical insights.
• Support the design and delivery of efficient capital and risk exposure workflows.
• Network and collaborate with teams across the organization.

Requirements

• Current student or graduate on track/achieved 2:1 degree in a STEM subject.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Exposure to programming or query languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and data visualization tools is beneficial.
• Clear verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with VBA or Excel macros.
• Experience with data platforms like Snowflake, AWS, or Azure.
• Prior exposure to tools like Power BI, Alteryx, or Dataiku.
