What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan targeting high-growth organizations in Japan.
- Manage a mix of rapid transactional deals and complex strategic engagements to exceed revenue goals.
- Utilize MEDDPICC methodology and tools like Salesforce and Clari to maintain operational excellence.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business value and expand the company's footprint.
- Drive active prospecting and account development to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of successful closing experience in SaaS, Cloud, Big Data, or AI sales.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales KPIs and quotas.
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level English required.
- Ability to quickly learn new technical concepts and communicate value propositions effectively.
- Demonstrated success in customer acquisition and relationship expansion.
