What you will do

• Generate new business through inbound and outbound activities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement new sales strategies in the assigned territory.
• Conduct high-level discovery calls with security executives.
• Articulate the value of hirify.global products and handle objections.
• Develop markets using channels such as phone, email, and SNS.
• Support the manager by sharing knowledge and raising issues within the team.

Requirements

• Experience in inside sales or new sales in the IT industry (SaaS).
• Experience with outbound activities, including cold calling.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Experience in planning, implementing, and reviewing sales activities.
• Ability to quickly understand and learn new technologies and knowledge.
• Competitive and a team player.
• Excellent presentation skills (in person/online).
