What you will do

• Onboard new customers to the EverHealth platform, serving as the primary point of contact for 60-90 days.
• Host webinar training sessions and provide expert product consultancy to customer stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding projects, including data migration coordination and partner integration.
• Identify and escalate priority customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Support the creation of digital learning content and internal training resources.
• Solve unique customer needs by creatively bridging software solutions to business requirements.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Healthcare Tech, specifically in onboarding, implementation, or customer success.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a patient, bedside-like manner.
• Ability to travel up to 15% for in-person customer engagements or corporate meetings.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Proven experience in formal project management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Taskray, and ChurnZero.
