What you will do
- Onboard new customers to the EverHealth platform, serving as the primary point of contact for 60-90 days.
- Host webinar training sessions and provide expert product consultancy to customer stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding projects, including data migration coordination and partner integration.
- Identify and escalate priority customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Support the creation of digital learning content and internal training resources.
- Solve unique customer needs by creatively bridging software solutions to business requirements.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Healthcare Tech, specifically in onboarding, implementation, or customer success.
- Associateβs or Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a patient, bedside-like manner.
- Ability to travel up to 15% for in-person customer engagements or corporate meetings.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency with Salesforce, Taskray, and ChurnZero.
