What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of global enterprise accounts as the primary point of contact.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Deliver high-level presentations and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Customer Success to ensure client satisfaction and growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with executives and key decision-makers.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to provide strategic value to clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development and account management.
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise or global account roles.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets and manage complex stakeholder environments.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and work 3 days a week in the New York office.
- Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience in the HR consulting, leadership development, or L&D sectors.
- Proficiency in languages other than English.
