What you will do
- Own, protect, and expand revenue across a portfolio of named enterprise accounts.
- Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline of net-new enterprise opportunities using structured methodologies.
- Position AV/UC solutions as strategic workplace technology to C-suite and senior leaders.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to identify whitespace and drive growth.
- Collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to secure preferred vendor status.
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and deliver accurate monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of quota-bearing enterprise B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles (3-12+ months) exceeding £5M in revenue.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to negotiate and close deals at the CxO level.
- Formal certification or training in recoized sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN).
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics.
Nice to have
- Deep vertical market knowledge in enterprise sectors.
- Previous experience selling headset, video, or UC ecosystem solutions (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex).
