TL;DR

Enterprise Account Manager (AV): Managing and growing a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across the UK & Ireland with an accent on solution-led sales for audio and video technology. Focus on building multi-threaded relationships with C-suite executives, executing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and driving workplace transformation roadmaps.

Location: Must be based in the UK or Ireland (Langley office)

What you will do

  • Own, protect, and expand revenue across a portfolio of named enterprise accounts.
  • Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline of net-new enterprise opportunities using structured methodologies.
  • Position AV/UC solutions as strategic workplace technology to C-suite and senior leaders.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to identify whitespace and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to secure preferred vendor status.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and deliver accurate monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of quota-bearing enterprise B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles (3-12+ months) exceeding £5M in revenue.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to negotiate and close deals at the CxO level.
  • Formal certification or training in recohirify.globalized sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN).
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics.

Nice to have

  • Deep vertical market knowledge in enterprise sectors.
  • Previous experience selling headset, video, or UC ecosystem solutions (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex).
