Salary: $112,700 - $189,400 annually (location-dependent)

What you will do
- Define and execute the BI platform strategy, including the evaluation and implementation of tools like Tableau and Databricks.
- Lead the end-to-end transformation of the People Analytics dashboard portfolio to ensure usability, performance, and standardization.
- Partner with key business leaders to translate complex requirements into scalable, decision-ready data products.
- Develop and maintain a unified "front door" to insights to enhance data discoverability and self-service access.
- Establish design, governance, and documentation practices to improve the consistency and sustainability of the analytics ecosystem.
- Build advanced dashboards and production-ready data models using SQL, Python, or R.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Visualization.
- Must be based in the U.S. with authorization to work for any U.S. employer.
- Advanced expertise in Tableau and established proficiency in SQL.
- Proven experience in Python or R for data transformation and analysis.
- Demonstrated history of leading major BI initiatives, such as migrations or governance framework development.
- Experience in sensitive data environments such as People Analytics or HR data.
Nice to have
- Experience with emerging AI-enabled BI tools and advanced analytics features.
- Background in influencing Director-level stakeholders in high-ambiguity environments.
