What you will do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across search, display, social media, and video.
  • Optimize campaigns to increase quality lead generation while maintaining efficient costs.
  • Implement and manage frequent A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets.
  • Analyze SEM performance and translate data into actionable strategy recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple advertising accounts and report on campaign ROI and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with brand marketing teams to align paid media efforts with overall growth objectives.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of paid search experience in a B2B environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.
  • In-depth hands-on experience with Google Ads and deep understanding of marketing metrics like ROI, CPA, and CVR.
  • Proven experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce and integrating CRM data into advertising strategies.
  • Strong data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to communicate complex data narratives clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with PMAX, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic advertising channels.
  • Familiarity with debugging lead funnel issues in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to improve testing methodologies and daily workflows.
