What you will do

• Support pricing and packaging initiatives by analyzing data and applying established frameworks.
• Assist in the execution of product and service launches, including updates related to pricing, naming, and features.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth launch execution.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, track action items, and communicate key updates across stakeholders.
• Maintain and update project tracking tools to ensure visibility into project status, risks, and dependencies.
• Contribute to process improvements, best practices, and team initiatives to enhance efficiency and execution.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in project management, program management, or business operations.
• PMI certification (required).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and synthesizing insights to support business decisions.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate updates, risks, and recommendations.

• Experience in the technology or software industry, particularly supporting product or service launches.
• Familiarity with pricing, monetization strategies, or business planning processes.
• Experience working in large, enterprise environments with complex stakeholder structures.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
