Salary: $75,762-$113,643, plus 10% bonus potential

What you will do

• Execute defined supply strategies with top OTA partners.
• Initiate, plan, and execute large-scale projects.
• Manage internal and external communications across various teams.
• Track project success metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular, high-level updates to the Leadership Team.
• Become a subject matter expert on hirify.global’s OTA integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Operations, Project Management or relevant experience, preferably at a fast-paced SaaS company.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Independent and mature worker with a natural sense of urgency and ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with API connections or distribution with Online Travel Agencies.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) or experience writing SQL queries.
