What you will do

  • Use personalized outreach and automation to engage freemium users and generate qualified leads.
  • Analyze and optimize the conversion journey from freemium to paid subscription.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
  • Manage and execute targeted outbound campaigns across identity verification and e-signature product lines.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to articulate the value of complex security solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role like sales development, inside sales, or customer success.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and address customer needs.
  • Willingness to learn and adopt new sales engagement tools and processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced B2B environment and collaborate effectively within a team.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Experience with sales engagement tools.
