Salary: $120,000 - $220,000

What you will do

• Design and deploy Solidity smart contracts for staking and restaking strategies.
• Develop backend systems to automate on-chain operations and secure user flows.
• Engage in rigorous testing, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Serve as a security guardian for protocol operations and Web3 technology stacks.
• Oversee validator infrastructure and optimize for protocol efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong programming and design skills in Solidity.
• At least 4 years of industry experience.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering and problem-solving.
• Deep understanding of secure code practices, edge cases, and failure modes.
• Hands-on experience building smart contracts, auditing protocols, or working with DeFi/MEV.
