Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid: at least 4 days/week in office)

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the technical evaluation and integration of blockchain infrastructure and smart contract platforms.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and implement digital asset strategies.
• Participate in the design and development of new digital asset products and capabilities.
• Conduct technical due diligence on emerging blockchain technologies and manage vendor relationships.
• Support the development of secure and scalable infrastructure including wallets, key management, and custody solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or technology leadership roles.
• Background in blockchain or Web3 companies, focused on infrastructure and smart contract development.
• Proficiency in smart contract development using Solidity, Rust, or other similar languages.
• Experience using JSON-RPC APIs and Web3 libraries (e.g., web3.js, ethers.js).
• Must be based in New York, NY and able to work from the office at least four days per week.
