What you will do

• Drive the evolution of foundational architecture and engineering roadmaps for tokenization and asset scaling.
• Own the full tokenization lifecycle, including asset issuance, settlement mechanics, and on-chain verification.
• Design, implement, and audit secure smart contracts and the backend workflows that interact with them.
• Define and enforce institutional-grade security controls, policy engines, and governance rules.
• Act as the primary technical interface between engineering, product, and compliance teams.
• Mentor engineers and establish high standards for code quality, security reviews, and engineering judgment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience architecting and scaling production-grade systems.
• Expert-level fluency in Solidity, EVM, and industry-standard security frameworks like OpenZeppelin.
• Deep knowledge of token standards (ERC-20, ERC-3643, Token-2022) and wallet architectures (ERC-4337, Gnosis Safe).
• Strong command of secure off-chain services, TypeScript APIs, and event indexers.
• Proven expertise in mitigating smart contract vulnerabilities and leading teams through security audits.
• Ability to communicate complex protocol logic and security trade-offs to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in finance or high-security sectors.
• Familiarity with Solana (SVM) or Daml/Canton development.
• Knowledge of C++ for platform system interfacing.
• Fluency in key management paradigms like MPC and HSM.
