What you will do

• Define and execute the strategy for payment fraud products and prioritize the roadmap for key capabilities.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to develop customer-facing fraud management offerings and productize add-on services.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for fraud prevention tools used by risk operations and customers.
• Partner with data science and risk analytics teams to develop, implement, and monitor the efficacy of fraud detection solutions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, data science, legal, and compliance teams.
• Oversee the team of fraud analysts, monitoring performance metrics and identifying emerging patterns and trends.

Requirements

• 7 to 15 years of professional experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in Payment Fraud or Payment Risk Management.
• Proven track record in product management, go-to-market strategies, and product lifecycle development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a STEM field with high academic achievement.
• Relocation to APAC region is mandatory for this position.
