What you will do

• Lead projects through their entire lifecycle, from goal definition to final delivery.
• Manage developer timelines, milestones, and resource allocation across multiple engineering initiatives.

• Collaborate with developers, business teams, and external financial entities to ensure project alignment.
• Identify risks and implement strategic solutions to keep projects on track.
• Develop and refine processes to improve engineering efficiency and team coordination.

Requirements

• Experience working directly with engineering teams in a technical environment.
• Proven track record managing software development projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and spreadsheets.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to describe complex technical problems with brevity.
• English fluency is required.
