What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of CRM solutions for financial services.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements while translating them into functional specifications.
• Ensure CRM processes meet strict KYC and regulatory compliance standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between IT, compliance, and business units to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project risks, define mitigation strategies, and report project status to senior management.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and conduct training sessions for end-users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in project management or business analysis within the financial services industry.
• Proven expertise in CRM implementation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of KYC, compliance, and financial regulatory processes.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
