What you will do

Requirements

• 10+ years of product development and delivery experience.
• 8+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years in team management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Experience managing the full software development lifecycle and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive technical architecture and lead solution evaluations.
