What you will do

• Lead mixed-method research on crypto ecosystems and behaviors, blending quantitative analysis with strong domain expertise.
• Create clear, impactful visuals and narratives for reports, blogs, briefings, and customer materials.
• Build and maintain analysis assets, dashboards, and tools to support marketing, sales, and product strategy.
• Ensure high standards for data quality, documentation, and reproducibility of all analytical work.
• Collaborate across intelligence, revenue, and product teams to translate data findings into measurable business outcomes.
• Validate analytical findings to maintain methodological rigor within the intelligence organization.

Requirements

• STEM degree.
• Solid understanding of blockchain ecosystem elements including DeFi, exchanges, wallets, and smart contracts.
• Professional experience with SQL and Python for end-to-end data projects.
• Strong background in conducting qualitative and quantitative research in complex domains.
• Ability to translate ambiguous questions into structured, decision-ready outputs.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup based in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks and PySpark.
• Public-facing experience such as report writing, webinars, or conference speaking.
• Background in data science techniques applied to analyzing crypto-crime.
• Experience building and maintaining production data pipelines.
