What you will do

• Design dashboards, growth marketing metrics, and performance reports, turning data into actionable insights for stakeholders and regional marketing teams.
• Automate growth marketing data solutions, reporting workflows, and pipelines to boost efficiency.
• Dive into large, complex datasets to turn findings into scalable data models that facilitate full funnel reporting, analytics, and ML models.
• Translate growth marketing and business requests into accurate reports and automated data pipelines using Python, SQL, dbt, and Airflow.
• Drive experimentation infrastructure by leading the design and launch of A/B testing frameworks and translating results into clear growth recommendations.
• Support ad-hoc data requests for campaign performance, client onboarding, growth reviews, and day-to-day business needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of data analysis experience with deep knowledge of growth marketing and product KPIs. Fintech or crypto background is a plus.
• Mastery of SQL, including complex joins, CTEs, and analytical functions. Strong hands-on Python proficiency is equally important.
• Familiarity with dbt is welcomed.
• Experience setting up and managing data pipelines with a strong understanding of data workflow orchestration.
• Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
• Capable of creating intuitive dashboards and visualizations to communicate complex insights clearly.
• Based in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Spain, Cyprus or Portugal with flexibility on working hours to support a globally distributed team
