What you will do

• Design dashboards, growth marketing metrics, and performance reports, turning data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Automate growth marketing data solutions, reporting workflows, and pipelines to boost efficiency.
• Dive into large, complex datasets to turn findings into scalable data models.
• Translate growth marketing and business requests into accurate reports and automated data pipelines using Python, SQL, dbt, and Airflow.
• Drive experimentation infrastructure by leading the design and launch of A/B testing frameworks.
• Deliver insights that shape growth direction through clear, data-driven storytelling.

Requirements

• 7+ years of data analysis experience with deep knowledge of growth marketing and product KPIs.
• Full mastery of SQL, including complex joins, CTEs, and analytical functions; strong hands-on Python proficiency.
• Familiarity with dbt and experience setting up and managing data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
• Capable of creating intuitive dashboards and visualizations to communicate complex insights clearly.
• A degree in a field emphasizing analytical rigor such as analytics, software engineering, or economics.
