Location: Richmond, UK. Hybrid role.

What you will do
- Ensure operations and factory teams have timely and clearly reported information about their processes.
- Work on analyses and metrics to improve performance of operations, such as improving wastage calculations and supplier scoring.
- Support in month-end reporting and reconciliation, working closely between finance and operations teams.
- Provide timely metrics to monitor performance of the CX function at different levels of granularity.
- Own and develop metrics to understand the success and impact of CX activities.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in data analytics.
- A strong communicator, with an ability to collaborate with partners across different functions.
- Solid proficiency in SQL (Snowflake) and/or Python, as well as spreadsheet analyses.
- Experience with data visualisation as a storytelling tool leveraging BI tools (e.g. ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Power BI, Looker etc.).
- Proficient time management, with the ability to source, generate, prioritise and deliver on the most impactful work collaboratively with key partners.
