TL;DR

Junior Data Analyst: Taking ownership of pipelines supporting operations, finance, and customer experience teams with an accent on data quality and availability. Focus on identifying opportunities for efficiencies and improvements and completing ad-hoc analyses.

Location: Richmond, UK. Hybrid role.

What you will do

  • Ensure operations and factory teams have timely and clearly reported information about their processes.
  • Work on analyses and metrics to improve performance of operations, such as improving wastage calculations and supplier scoring.
  • Support in month-end reporting and reconciliation, working closely between finance and operations teams.
  • Provide timely metrics to monitor performance of the CX function at different levels of granularity.
  • Own and develop metrics to understand the success and impact of CX activities.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in data analytics.
  • A strong communicator, with an ability to collaborate with partners across different functions.
  • Solid proficiency in SQL (Snowflake) and/or Python, as well as spreadsheet analyses.
  • Experience with data visualisation as a storytelling tool leveraging BI tools (e.g. ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Power BI, Looker etc.).
  • Proficient time management, with the ability to source, generate, prioritise and deliver on the most impactful work collaboratively with key partners.

Hiring process
