What you will do
- Build and manage strategic referral partnerships within the EMEA retail sector, focusing on the Dutch market.
- Drive incremental revenue by identifying new partnership opportunities and nurturing existing partner relationships.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiate agreements, and manage the end-to-end partner onboarding process.
- Design and implement incentive programs and sales initiatives to motivate partner productivity.
- Collaborate with Strategic Sales teams to ensure high-quality lead generation and pipeline consistency.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on partnership performance and market trends to senior management.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
- Proven track record in partnership management, channel sales, or business development.
- Experience managing both new business prospecting and existing partner accounts.
- Strong background in SaaS sales, particularly within the retail or hospitality industries.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work cross-functionally within an international corporate environment.
