What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and stakeholder mapping to final contract negotiation.
- Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across the Benelux region.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to design feasible, value-based freight solutions for prospective clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, panels, and high-level client meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in logistics, supply chain, and sustainability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in freight sales and business development.
- Proven track record of closing multi-stakeholder deals with Fortune 500 companies.
- Strong understanding of the logistics, supply chain, and freight marketplace.
- Expertise in value-based solution selling and stakeholder alignment.
- Language requirements: English and Dutch fluency required.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
