Salary: $130,000 - $160,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary onsite IT contact for the NYC office, managing hardware and AV setups.
• Provide first-line support for access requests, account issues, and desk-side troubleshooting.
• Administer day-to-day tasks across core SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta.
• Handle device lifecycle management, including onboarding/offboarding and inventory tracking.
• Enforce security and access policies defined by the IT Director.
• Document recurring issues and contribute to technical runbooks to improve operational workflows.

Requirements

• Solid experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar hands-on role.
• Must be able to provide in-person, desk-side, and AV support in the NYC office.
• Strong working knowledge of both macOS and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with identity/access management and SaaS administration concepts.
• Clear communication skills and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in a small or startup IT team.
• Familiarity with MDM tools like Jamf, Intune, or Kandji.
• Understanding of networking concepts such as Wi-Fi and VPNs.
• Experience supporting executive-level or high-visibility users.
