What you will do

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned partners, managing relationships and ongoing needs.
• Work alongside Channel commercial teams to support day-to-day commercial needs of the partner.
• Support onboarding of new partners and ensure existing partners are equipped with the right tools and product knowledge.
• Coordinate across operations, support, billing, and client success teams to resolve partner issues.
• Partner with marketing to support regional campaigns, events, and partner-led demand generation initiatives.
• Maintain strong discipline across reporting and partner performance tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in partner account management, channel support, or sales operations roles.
• Proven experience working in multi-channel or partner-led sales environments.
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across sales, product, and operations.
• Data-driven mindset with strong forecasting and operational rigor.
