What you will do
- Develop and produce complex financial models, underwriting analysis, and renewal projections for large clients.
- Serve as the financial subject matter expert, advising on funding strategies, plan design, and cost management.
- Lead financial components of the renewal process, including data validation and carrier negotiations.
- Partner with Producers and Consultants to support new business development and sales strategy.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the standardization of financial consulting tools and best practices.
- Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to executive-level client stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in employee benefits financial consulting, underwriting, or actuarial roles.
- Proven track record supporting enterprise or jumbo group clients (3,000+ lives).
- Life & Health License required.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
- Ability to independently build and own complex financial models and underwriting analysis.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA and reside within the country.
