What you will do

• Develop and produce complex financial models, underwriting analysis, and renewal projections for large clients.
• Serve as the financial subject matter expert, advising on funding strategies, plan design, and cost management.
• Lead financial components of the renewal process, including data validation and carrier negotiations.
• Partner with Producers and Consultants to support new business development and sales strategy.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the standardization of financial consulting tools and best practices.
• Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to executive-level client stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in employee benefits financial consulting, underwriting, or actuarial roles.
• Proven track record supporting enterprise or jumbo group clients (3,000+ lives).
• Life & Health License required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
• Ability to independently build and own complex financial models and underwriting analysis.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA and reside within the country.
