What you will do

• Engage customers to resolve issues and deliver the best possible customer experience.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and web from customers, sales representatives, and patients.
• Handle questions about technology, products, services, test results, costs, billing, and insurance coverage.
• Maintain clear documentation of communications and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with the laboratory to ensure accurate client information and timely delivery of test results.
• Identify issues and trends to develop best practices for internal and external processes.

Requirements

• 1+ years of prior client-facing experience.
• 4-year college degree (or equivalent experience).
• Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Passion for creating a delightful experience for internal and external customers.

Nice to have

• Proficiency or fluency in Spanish.
• Customer service experience in a diagnostic laboratory setting.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
