What you will do

• Analyze the creator landscape to identify and activate new creators and unlock new opportunities.
• Oversee management of the Dead by Daylight creator program, including onboarding new creators and engaging in the Discords.
• Contribute to the Creator Program strategy, developing new approaches and ideas to grow and evolve the program.
• Actively engage with creators by providing opportunities and ongoing support.
• Partner with senior influencer stakeholders on paid activations and campaigns aligned with annual marketing plans.
• Support tracking and analysis of creator code performance and monetization impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing influencer activations and creator programs within gaming or entertainment.
• Strong understanding of live-service and multiplayer games, with a player-first mindset.
• Proven ability to manage and execute strategy, set clear goals, and oversee campaign operations.
• Ability to analyze engagement metrics such as viewership, content output, and retention.
• Familiarity with Discord and Analytics platforms.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively prioritize your responsibilities.
