What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 analysts and managers responsible for programmatic campaign execution.
• Develop holistic cross-channel media plans across display, search, social, and video platforms.
• Oversee the launch and active optimization of digital marketing campaigns to ensure client goals are met.
• Act as an internal subject matter expert on media trading platforms and emerging ad tech trends.
• Partner with stakeholders to derive campaign insights and codify best practices across teams.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of professional experience in digital optimization and paid media channels.
• Proven track record managing 3 or more direct reports.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, MS Excel, and internet technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering.
