Salary: $200,000 - $225,000 a year

• Lead high-impact, ambiguous research that informs executive decision-making.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of researchers.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading UX Research and influencing senior decision-making in complex product environments.
• Strong judgment across qualitative and mixed methods, with the ability to balance depth and speed.
• Proven track record of building and developing high-performing research teams.
• Ability to synthesize complex and conflicting inputs into clear, actionable direction.
• Exceptional communication and influence across product, design, and leadership.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and defining strategy in evolving environments.
