What you will do

• Own the end-to-end borrower experience across complex, multi-step workflows.
• Define experience strategy, north stars, and ecosystem frameworks (service blueprints, customer journey maps).
• Leverage AI tools like Figma AI, Claude, and ChatGPT to accelerate research, ideation, and prototyping.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate research and data into actionable product decisions and improved KPIs.
• Contribute to and evolve the Unified Design System to ensure cross-product consistency.
• Mentor team members and advocate for user-centered thinking across the organization.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of product design experience working on complex digital products.
• Proven experience designing for regulated, transactional, or multi-step workflows.
• Strong expertise in systems thinking and journey-level design.
• High proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch.
• Demonstrated ability to connect UX decisions to measurable business impact.
