What you will do

• Build and scale a high-impact UX research team, fostering a culture of impact and accountability.
• Define and refine research operations, intake processes, and delivery standards from discovery to validation.
• Partner with product and design leadership to advocate for research-backed decision-making.
• Integrate qualitative insights with quantitative telemetry and behavioral data for a unified customer view.
• Mentor researchers to develop strong points of view rather than just reporting findings.
• Apply AI-assisted research methods to improve speed, scale, and synthesis quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of UX research experience in a product organization.
• Direct people management experience with a focus on talent development.
• Proven ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to drive product outcomes.
• Strong experience shaping research programs and operations within complex organizations.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. in compliance with U.S. export controls.

Nice to have

• Experience with data, analytics, or AI platform products.
• Background in product adoption, onboarding, or PLG environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI-moderated studies or synthetic users.
