Salary: $137,000–$177,000 + 15% target annual bonus

What you will do
- Build and scale a high-impact UX research team, fostering a culture of impact and accountability.
- Define and refine research operations, intake processes, and delivery standards from discovery to validation.
- Partner with product and design leadership to advocate for research-backed decision-making.
- Integrate qualitative insights with quantitative telemetry and behavioral data for a unified customer view.
- Mentor researchers to develop strong points of view rather than just reporting findings.
- Apply AI-assisted research methods to improve speed, scale, and synthesis quality.
Requirements
- 7+ years of UX research experience in a product organization.
- Direct people management experience with a focus on talent development.
- Proven ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to drive product outcomes.
- Strong experience shaping research programs and operations within complex organizations.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. in compliance with U.S. export controls.
Nice to have
- Experience with data, analytics, or AI platform products.
- Background in product adoption, onboarding, or PLG environments.
- Hands-on experience with AI-moderated studies or synthetic users.
