TL;DR

Solutions Architect: Optimizing hirify.global implementations and aligning technical solutions with evolving business goals with an accent on solution design, technical consulting, and stakeholder enablement. Focus on building strong, trust-based relationships with clients and proactively identifying risks or blockers.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 USD annually. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, and location.

What you will do

  • Understand hirify.global products and how they can be used to solve problems and create solutions for customers.
  • Serve as a technical strategist to drive adoption and expansion for existing hirify.global clients.
  • Lead discovery and requirement-gathering sessions to understand and document business needs.
  • Design and configure hirify.global solutions based on best practices and client-specific goals.
  • Deliver enablement sessions to empower hirify.global Admins and key stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify risks or blockers and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve them.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS implementation.
  • BA/BS degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience), required.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or Dynamics preferred), databases, and data integration tools.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Success principles and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience managing multiple customer projects simultaneously (5–10 engagements).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with hirify.global CS and/or Customer Success Operations (CS Ops).
  • Scripting experience in Python or Node.js to support custom solutions and automation.
  • Salesforce certification or experience.
  • Experience in a post-onboarding or ongoing account management role
