What you will do

• Lead technical engagements throughout the sales cycle, from discovery to implementation planning.
• Translate business challenges into scalable automation solutions using the platform.
• Build and deliver compelling technical demonstrations showing clear business value.
• Create technical content, including solution architectures, best practice guides, and proof-of-concept implementations.
• Conduct workshops, technical deep dives, and hands-on training sessions with customers.
• Mentor team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing to elevate team capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore
• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting or as a Solutions Architect
• 5+ years of experience with integration and middleware technologies
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical, business, and C-level stakeholders
• Strong understanding of enterprise-level security and governance requirements
• Knowledge of key applications such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday, ServiceNow, and SAP

Nice to have

• Experience working in a startup environment
• Knowledge of Java and .Net platforms
• Experience with cloud providers including AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Knowledge of AI agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations
