Salary: $110,000–$120,000 annually + target incentives

What you will do
- Generate demand and manage the full executive sales cycle for Microsoft-specific solutions.
- Orchestrate virtual teams of pre-sales architects and technical experts to deliver tailored proposals.
- Build business cases and ROI-driven adoption plans to secure executive buy-in.
- Design architectural roadmaps across collaboration, productivity, and security platforms.
- Facilitate C-level discussions to align security and AI initiatives with business outcomes.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline hygiene and utilize CRM tools for revenue tracking.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US with eligibility to work.
- 5 to 10+ years of experience in solution sales, specifically with Microsoft platforms.
- Proven track record in selling multi-vendor integrated solutions and professional services.
- Proficiency with Microsoft M365, Copilot, and Azure Cloud solutions.
- Experience in leading virtual pursuit teams and coordinating partner funding motions.
- Ability to translate executive-level business objectives into technical roadmaps.
Nice to have
- Deep familiarity with zero trust framework design and implementation.
- Strong understanding of endpoint, network, and identity security layers.
- Experience in high-level strategic business consulting for SMB organizations.
