What you will do

• Leverage AI tools to identify process improvements and automate tedious data cleaning.
• Ensure job architecture and pay scales are robust enough to handle a massive global expansion.
• Own the Radford cycle end-to-end.
• Perform deep-dive benchmarking to ensure we’re winning the talent war for the best AI, engineering, and GTM minds in the industry.
• Lead the annual merit, bonus, and equity dance, partnering with Finance.

Requirements

• You’ve spent 5+ years in the comp world, ideally in high-growth tech.
• You are proactive about using AI to find efficiencies, analyze huge datasets, and streamline repetitive tasks.
• You could submit a Radford survey in your sleep.
• You think in XLOOKUPs, Index/Match, and Pivot Tables.
• You can explain "comp logic" to a non-comp person without making their head spin.
• You thrive in ambiguity and love the challenge of building the plane while it’s in the air.
